The House

Surrounded by a grove of age-old olive trees the house offers a private swimming pool with a dedicated shallow area for kids to play and 4000 sqms of gardens, partly landscaped and partly covered with stunning Mediterranean olive trees, fig trees, cactus and fruit trees. The gardens encompass the entire house, and are perfectly secure and peaceful. Cars are left in secure parking inside key-controlled electric gates. The pool furnishings are naturally of the highest quality. A row of stone arches adjacent to the house and many tall olive trees provide delightful shaded areas inviting you to relax and take in the tranquility of the gardens to full effect. There is also plenty of space for children to explore and play. There is further space for al fresco dining within the lawns providing the perfect ambience to escape from it all and relax looking out at the view of the olive grove. There is a BBQ area available for the guests.

Case del Pino Innamorato offers every modern comfort. The kitchen has a direct view of the swimming pool and is connected to the trullo (used as the dining room) which offers dining space for up to 12 guests. This is the oldest part of the villa and is a beautiful example of the traditional architecture specific to the Apulia region. It lends itself perfectly to modern usage as a dining room and is the heart of the house. The kitchen has direct access to the outside lounge/dining area under the stone arches where you will find sofas and armchairs to relax in the shade. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, washing machine, coffee and tea facilities and also Air conditioning. Two small hallways lead the guests away from the trullo to the two sleeping areas, bathrooms and to the lounge which offers a selection of books/DVDs and toys for younger guests. Air conditioning is available throughout the house. There are four bedrooms in total. Two double bedrooms one with extra single bed if required, one twin room and a room with bunk beds. The villa can sleep 9 in total. There are 2 bathrooms both with bespoke limestone tiling sourced from a local family firm and local artisan designed sinks.
